WEDNESDAY 7/22 –JAKE'S MARTINI MUSIC HOUR... (AND A HALF)

Presenting: Euterpe Queller

As the Second Life persona of Oklahoma City songstress, Shelly Phelps, Euterpe Queller is alternately categorized as a sultry rhythm and blues chanteuse, a torchy jazz singer, a thoughtful singer songwriter, or the quintessential rocker chick. However, all agree Queller's ever-present smoky and soulful voice croons, moans, belts, and wails its way through every song.

Time to join your friends over at Jake's to kick off the weekend like only we can.

FRIDAY 7/24 - MIDNIGHT MOVIE

This weeks movie - "Spaceballs"

King Roland of the planet Druidia is trying to marry his daughter Princess Vespa to Prince Valium, but Vespa is kidnapped by the evil race of the Spaceballs. The Spaceballs ask Roland a tremendous ransom: all the air of Druidia (you see, the air of Spaceball had serious pollution problems...). The King decides to offer a generous amount of money to a space rogue, Lone Starr, to persuade him to save Vespa. What follows is the parody of a _LOT_ of famous SF movies.

The Event Begins at 11:45pm (SLT) ** MOVIE STARTS AT MIDNIGHT**
Come grab some free popcorn, pick your seat and check your viewer settings. We will be begin the movie at Midnight and sync start it for the entire audience. If you arrive after midnight, you will still be able to see the film but will not be in sync with the rest of the audience.

Sunday 7/25 - 9pm SLT

Caravan over to Jake's oasis for a little fun. Our party tent will be rocking and packed with the hottest sheiks, sultans, harem boys and girls you can imagine. This is one party you won't want to miss.

DJ Syriana Paine, the Jake's Boy's, and Jake will be on hand to entertain. Hot chat, hot bodies, and hot music, will add a spark to your weekend.

$1,000 linden minimum prize for hottest in Arabian garb.
